    Here's one of my little athletes from the back garden. He is holding a sunflower kernel in his left foot
    Olympus E-M1X
    Lens : 40-150mm & MC20
    Focal length in 35 mm film : 601.0mm
    Exposure mode : Manual exposure

    Jon:

    The pose is priceless, with the grip on the twig, kernel in other foot, gaze at the kernel, great.

    The bird is a bit soft on the head and breast, and is certainly worth a go at tweaking that.

    Randy I think the eye especially is a little soft, the shutter speed was too slow but I thought it was a cute shot.

    Hi John, certainly cute. Amazing how the bird hangs on with one leg and uses the other to eat. If you have Topaz Sharpen AI that might cure the softness, sometimes it can do wonders. Thank you for sharing.

    You couldn't have captured a better moment here. Love the little foot gripping kernel and the look on the birds face.
