Overall I feel exposure could be increased slightly, the angle is good and the water is calm, there is a pleasant serenity in the image.
The head and neck are sharp but the angle does not really convey much about the gull. Hope this helps.

lovely color palette and i do like the crop with the yellowish band at the top of the frame .
Sharpness and whites are looking nice .
Personally I think the darks should show a tiny bit of detail , in an ideal world !!!
