    New arrival to breeding grounds faces late sun while searching for nesting real estate. Tried unsuccessfully to steal ready made tricolored nest. Also saw a wood stork nest with 4 eggs momentarily unguarded by either parent stolen successfully. Soon as the second parent left unguarded, another wood stork simply stepped in and unceremoniously chucked each egg out with a flick of it's bill. Even chucked out some of the lining and then sat to claim the ready made nest.

    Sounds like a rough neighbourhood out there David!
    Despite the upward inclination which we are not supposed to like I do! If they nest up high then it's not a bad idea to convey that in my book!
    Whites look good and the ye looks super!
