Having a hard time plucking a berry off its twig, but finally got it. That, or fermentation has started to affect the birds as many of the robins were flapping awkwardly while tugging on the fruits - this one just looked more graceful than the others atop the branch.

Canon 7DII + 500mm f/4 II + 1.4 TC III, manual exposure, evaluative metering, 1/3200s., f/5.6, ISO 1600, natural light, handheld, cropped to help the composition.

Beauty Dan........What a great pose and you nailed it....Lovely colours, and a great POV...I agree with the fermentation starting to affect the birds...I was photographing Red Wing and Fieldfare recently...they were eating berries big style....About three hours later, as I was still photographing them, I noticed a few perched up...sleeping

    Daniel:

Strong sense of action from the pose, falling frost, well composed, soft background, well exposed.

    Very nice.

    Cheers

    This is a lovely frame.
Love the wings up position and the colors.
I really like the diagonal line created by the perch and wings.
    Nice BG as wee,

Very eye catching pleasing colourful image, my only slight negative comment would be that the eye and bill are not sharp.
