    I captured this image along Blackpoint Wildlife Drive in Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, Merritt Island, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for vieiwng.

    Nikon D500
    Nikon 500mm F/5.6 AF-S ED PF HH
    1/1600 F/5.6 Matrix Metering EV +1 ISO 2800 Auto 1 WB changed in post processing, image captured at 500mm (750mm 35mm Equivalent)
    Post processed in Lightroom Classic, Photoshop CC 2021 and Neat Image for noise reduction
    Cropped from horizontal to vertical for composition and presentation

    That is a very eye catching image, the pose and angle taken are super. The colours and details look ideal, I agree just a tad more canvas on the left so that you contain the plumes.

    Great flow on the feathers, good head turn and position int he frame, but I also find myself wishing the feathers weren't hitting the edge of the frame and would add some canvas if mine.
