I like it, good pose, clear view of the eye. The yellows and blue contrast nicely and reflect well on the bird's belly
(I appreciate the light was yellow but I reduced the yellows a bit with the Color balance tool in ACR, this seemed to improve ever so slightly the overall image but also more detail in the duck's darker feathers).
Love, love, love the light, the pose, the water and the details. Yes to just a little less yellow and slightly more details in the shadows but I really love this frame as is. TFS

Here is a edit reflecting the suggestions offered for improving the image. Less yellow while still trying to keep the warm early morning light and the correct WB, maybe....
