Passed the local football(soccer) field on evening bike ride and had to stop for this sauntering pair. One of our successful/thriving imports in south Florida.

Hi David, excellent species like Florida bird shelter. I need to settle there :) You travel for at least 3 hours to shoot a bird here and it is very difficult without camouflage.

Photo could be technically better, still beautiful.

As a stand-alone image the manicured sports field is not my cup-of-tea, but with the title of the image and with context it does have its place. I am glad to see some separation between the two. There is a different hue of green in that small space between them? I do wish the upper 1/3 of the BG was more out-of-focus. Sharp.

Your perusal and vision always impeccable, Maestro Cadieux. This image for fun but I couldn't resist. The spotted darker BG was from the only selection (of the subjects then inverse) to use a slight gradient to lighten dark patches in upper third. Didn't see it had included the lower in between BG a tad. Tried open more (2/3 then 1/3 stop) and didn't get front bird sharp. Focus was right on the eye of the further back(or left) bird.

Thanks so much to all for always valued inputs.
