This one has much punch|contrast than your reddish on 2/10., really jumps off the soft background. Excellent head angle. Some of the whites at the base of the bill are a bit hot, but not striking.
That multi colored bill is well displayed. I would not want it any sharper, as it is just starting to look a bit "crunchy" to me. I know, what an ill defined term, but I think you know what I mean.

Really liking this one, Joe! Bird really cracks on the steely background, and the layered neck feathers are really beautiful. I agree about the hot spots at the base of the beak but don't have any issues with the
sharpening as is. Colorful beak is a nice touch!
