    This is the male partner to the female stonechat previously posted. I tidied up the background to make it a little less competitive with the subject.
    Hand held from a squat position.
    Olympus E-M1X
    Lens focal length : 600 mm
    Focal length in 35 mm film : 1202.0mm
    Exposure mode : Manual exposure
    ISO Sensitivity : 1600
    Exposure compensation : +0.7 EV
    Shutter : 1/1600 sec
    Aperture : F9

    Nice work, Jon. The bird, perch, and background all compliment each other. Nice, natural appearing feather detail on the bird. Thank you for sharing.

    Not a huge fan of the perch but the face is sharp and looks well exposed.

    Nice work on this one. Nothing you can do about the perch as this doesn't look like a setup. Nice exposure and sharpness.
