    Default JANUARY THEME WINNERS

The 1st theme of the new year, and we have some excellent images for Januarys theme of extreme close ups. A huge thank you to Brian Sump for having the task of choosing the winning images, and he mentioned to me it was difficult to only choose three images. Infact, we have a first this time around where Brian has requested we have a tie for 3rd place. I know we haven't had this before. The following members can have bragging rights for the next month.

    1st Place - Kurt Bowman - Roadrunner - http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ead.php/153734

    2nd Place - John Mack - Turkey - http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ead.php/153802

    3rd Place ( Tie ) Andreas Liedmann - King Penguin - up close and personal - http://www.birdphotographers.net/forums/showthread.php/15374
    3rd Place ( Tie ) Joseph Przybyla - Emu - http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ead.php/153883

Congrats to Kurt, John, Andreas and Joseph for your fine images that have shown up the theme perfectly.

There is still plenty time to submit your images for this months theme of 'Red'. Please remember to have the prefix 'theme' before your title to be considered for selection.

    Happy Shooting, and stay safe.

There were five others that seriously could have easily been picked for the top three. It's a testament to the quality of photographers here.

Congrats to all four worthy shooters!
