Great soft light and pose with landing gear down. Really love light coming through wings and tail. Perhaps slightly more vibrance/sat and contrast but love it as is. TFS
The grey BG works well with the pinks.
The raindrops in the top of the frame are nice.
Soft light looks good and I like the soft feel of this image bur could also see a version with a bit more punch,

Nice one Joe...I like the feel of the image...As Gail said, pinks and greys look great together. Lovely pose, HA, dangling feet...Looks good...I would have a look at sharpening the bird a wee bit.
Joe, pretty good here. You've shown the colors nicely and a muted canvas presents nicely.
Aside from what's mentioned above, I really feel like the full spread wing position could lend itself to taking some off the bottom. In other words, I wonder what a pano crop, with the same amount above would do?
That pink really cracks, and I think the dangling legs make for a fun image. Eye contact doesn't get much better either!
I agree about losing some off the bottom of the frame. It will help train focus on the bird, and it will even out the exposure across the frame, the bottom being the brightest.
