    Black-naped Tern chick on its first ever flights. Never manage to get too far, and was just hovering around his rock island home.

    Beautiful bird, and nicely photographed Jay! Like the wing position, the crop, and the separation between beak and wing. I might brighten it a bit. Thanks for posting!

    What a great catch. The wing and head position is great. I love the bg.
    I agree it needs a bit more light to seperate the black in the feathers and the black in the eye.
    Good job though.

    I like the pose, details and BG. I might sharpen the part of the body that is in the shade. Thanks for sharing!

    Nice image Jay, well captured and presented. I wouldnt touch a thing, I dont agree that any of the above suggestions would improve this image.
