Can remember if this has been posted or not, so here is a Gannet sitting at the top of the cliffs in vegetation, on a very sunny day - for a change.

Thanks to those who posted or viewed on the last posting.

Hi Steve ... love it !!
    Could be on Helgoland .

Processing spot on , with truck loads of fine details rendered !!!
Colors very realistic for the time of the day and I do like the overall color palette , specially the blossoms adding a cool color look .
Good to see ruffled feathers .... I guess they are just windswept .

    Nice one and TFS Andreas

    Steve, this is sweet man.

Love the "pop up" composition with the plush foreground transitioning to deep blue upper. Splashes of pink/purple are really nice too.

Agreed, you brought tons of detail out and exposure is really good. Light is steep but a master of processing like you holds no punches.

    TFS!

As you know Andreas, just get every ounce of data you can, PP was so simple on this and minimal too.

Cheers Brian, it's nothing you cannot do already.

Ditto all the positives above. The only things that bug me are the three yellow grasses coming out of the bird's back.

    Was this at Bempton?

Correct Artie, one of the few, sunny days.
