    I like the setting and the rain, the image looks quite yellow - was this the late afternoon light? I would maybe check the sharpening possibly less may look better? -( due to the rain??)

    Atmosphere/POV works, overall colour, sharpening, Contrast doesn't. If you used a support, shot at f/5.6 and less SS, more atmosphere and probably better IQ IMHO.
