    Default Vermilion Flycatcher

    Attached Images Attached Images

I made this image in Tuscon, Arizona last December. This trip was planned for Birding for my Wife.
During the trip, I found one good spot with Redhead and Vermilion.
Latter I found them in lots of other parks.
I am thinking of making a couple of trips again to Arizona in the Comming Spring and Summer.

Superb control of the reds and SH right where it needs to be. Love the framing and the canvas overall. TFS

Striking image of a beautiful bird, Krishna. Exposure and details looks good, and the curios head tilt really sucks us in. Would love to have the feet and perch in better focus, and I think the bird/perch feel unnecessarily jammed into that right hand corner of the frame. I think you need to loosen the crop and move the bird up and left a bit. He's so bright that there's no danger of him getting lost in the wider comp.

A cute little bird, so colourful. I like as is but I think if you lift the darks tones (5-6)more detail is revealed.

What a cute little sweetie! I love the flaming head. Sharp where it needs to be. It's easy to cook or go overboard with those reds - good job there! The golden BG works well.

Krishna, man this red pops. Very attractive frame.

Looks nicely processed on the subject. I agree with moving it left in frame and possibly a little looser.

The only other thing I believe would help it was more parallel to the perch, getting the whole perch and feet in focus.

    TFS!

Beautiful looking little bird. Neat how the birds head is tilted like that. Great background.
