It's nice to see this species in its native range; they have been introduced into Southern California and Southern Florida where they have adapted to a variety of urban and suburban habitats. Gotta love that yellow eye!

Beautiful bird in environment group. Wandering what lead one is telling the others? Many great HAs... TFS

How nice of the one on our left to turn around and give you a good HA. Beautiful setting and I like how the ducks fill the frame. Very well done Bill.

Nicely captured group under the magical light that day. How nice it was of them to pose in the shallows amongst the reeds.

    Happy New Year,

    Geoffrey

I like the image, quite interesting, a bird I have not seen before. Nice sharp focus on the geese. I like the environment of the reeds. Thank you for sharing, Bill.

Neat looking geese. I like that red eye ring with the yellow eye. A nice setting to see them in.

Hi Bill, I really like the overall DOF in this, all in good focus. These guys make excellent subjects in flight.
