    Red tailed in last light. The evening light created the golden tones. I hope you like it

    shot with A9 II 600 GM + 2X (1200mm). ISO-2500 f/8 at 1/3200 sec hand held processed with C1P.

    Arash:

    Dramatic lighting, nicely framed, good angle of bird in frame, wing position, like the tucked feet.

    It makes my arms sore thinking about hand holding that rig for long!

    Hey Randy it’s actually pretty easy given how much lighter the Sony lens and body is compared to Nikon.

    Arash afine shot and it looks great in PS, these large images don't render well in the web view........... but what's going on with the wing tips especially on the right wing - looking kinds smudgy to me????

    Large images render perfectly fine on my monitor Jon. I use chrome and Safari. No issue where. I don’t bother looking at the small images anymore to be honest.

    The light makes this one. So much darker than the red tails I see here, in terms of plummage.
