Hand held (Procapture & AI Bird) just trialling the new AI features, more experience will help but so far pretty pleased with ability to find the bird and it's eye.

The trailing water is nice. Really like the way it curves. A bit tight though.

The framing is perfect leaving the water action to tell the whole takeoff story. Love the EXP and SH along with subtle light and shadows on this beauty. TFS

Hi Jon .... nice action and the trailing water is a very nice bonus .

Image has some shortcomings for me . In an ideal world you should have shot wider and more leveled . The BG is quite noisy for Iso 1250 and I might add some exposure ... just my take .
Good to hear you are happy with the new features .
    Just go out and shoot

    Lovely gull!
The image needs some CW rotation.
I feel it is a bit tight in the frame and would loosen the crop all around.
The image is quite noisy so I would address that as well.
I really like the water trail droplets and the wing position.

Thanks very much everyone, unfortunately I couldn't do much about the crop as the bird was flying towards me......... that new magic Olympus zoom would have been perfect!!!

The repost is my two cents. I like it but much too tight.

YAW. All I did was add the much-needed room (and move your signature). Looking back, I actually hate the tight boxy crop of the OP.
