The framing is the strong point. The exposure is good. It could be a little sharper. Problem is, this is one dirty bird.

That is a good find and one that I've never seen. I like the composition. I think it could go lighter as well. You are allowed a larger image and in this case I think with a little sharpening and brightening you might see even more nice detail.
