    Gail:

Excellent head angle, lovely colors, well framed, sharp. Nice catch light.

I might consider removing the leaf above the head. Some of the whites are in the low 250 range, perhaps back those off a smidge.

The little cones on the perch are fun.

    Cheers

Great head turn, lovely background and perch. Just wish she were a little more parallel to the sensor; the DOF falls off on the wings and tail. (I wonder what Topaz Sharpen AI would do for it?) But it's nice and sharp on her face.

Suerpb. Love the BKGR. A small crop from the left and below might improve it. Was this at a set-up?

Wow, almost missed this one. I know, I'm not an expert pixel peeper, This canvas looks flawless to me (so, what's new). The DOF, the perch, the killer BG and the EXP. All spot on for me. TFS

    ps
Framing also totally works for me...

Lovely back view of this gal. Perch is cool and doesn't look too set up. Woulda been nice to get a bit more DOF across the tail, but you didn't have a lotta light to start with. I love the pinkish BG. I;d leave the leaf above the head.
