A sloth bear in its rocky habitat. The reddish nose made me name him 'Joker' after the bear had licked some stuff off the ground/tree.

    Hello Sanjeev,

Another lovely capture, this frame looks good to me colour wise and composition works well. Glad you included so much of the habitat. I also like the quizzical look from the bear and that mane-like hair that surrounds its face.

Really pleased for you to have had such an amazing sighting. Nice work in the field Sanjeev, good techs, and thoughtful PP work

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea

Hi Sanjeev, both colour and the fur rendition are a lot better with this image. Not sure why at f/8 there is little detail in the nose? I think if she had move along, further to the left the comp would have been better, do you have any more image below? BTW Did Jon get the file?

Lovin this one Sanjeev, the bear looks super. I still would be tempted to do something with the background - maybe a gentle curve to enhance contrast a tad.

Hi Sanjeev ... a nice big looking bear .
    Processing does look better ...
Color is subjective , but I think the bear should be more neutral ... as the fur show signs of blue /cyan cropping through .
