    Here is another head shot of a Mongoose clicked from a hide while photographing birds. Thanks for commenting on my earlier posts.

    Another solid portrait Doc.

    Colours appear to be slightly on the cooler side for my taste, can be slightly warmed up if you prefer.

    You could have gone for more DOF , the snout looks soft, or is there a sense of movement ?

    Need to get rid of that colour speck above its head.

    A nice portrait of this mongoose. Neat looking eyes these animals have. Great background as well. Sharp where it matters the most.

    Another cool image Sanjeev, I might just brush around the eye and eye with some negative exposure. Nose looks a fraction soft. might be movement.

    70mm or 700mm?

    Super fast creatures, mongooses. I think this one's nose was twitching... so perhaps more SS here, Sanjeev
