    Default Great tit - juvenile

Grabbed this when the Apple tree was in abundance with Great, Blue & Coal Tits feeding their offspring on the various insects. The light just ramped up the greens of the leaves. This juvenile was just hollering, in constant demand to be feed.

Very nice Steve. Perfect head turn, nice setting, great details on the bird.
I am sure you had a good think about leaving the cobweb in the image. I think I would have cloned it out if mine because it is just one filament and not a pretty web.
I would also dodge or evict the dark branch above the bird- I find it pulls my eye away.
    Nice image,
    Gail

Just love the clear view and pose of this beauty. The leaves work well to frame the subject. The single strand of spider web adds to the authentic feel of the environment for me. PP looks so spot on (as usual). TFS

Hi Gail, thanks for the comments, and yes I did think re the web strand and for me, it stays, Why, albeit one strand, I feel it distinguishes it from a set-up that folk post.

    It goes, good call!

    Cheers David, appreciate the response.

Nice how the bird is framed by the leaves. Nice pose as well. Framing is right on.
