    Default Cheetah sunrise.

A rim lit male cheetah is up early admiring the sunrise whilst scouting for cob to hunt.

Boosted saturation in the yellows from the naturally over exposed sun, trying to keep things subtle here.

Hi Marc, a beautiful sunrise scene with the Cheetah looking at the sun. I don't mind the lack of head turn towards us, the pose of the cheetah and its gaze into the sun makes up well here. Lovely colours. Well composed!

What a cracker, Marc. Loved the mood here and the framing is so good.

Beautiful looking Cheetah scape and lovely colours. Also liked the rim lighting on the tail.

    Missing Africa.

I wonder how much you must be missing Africa while processing these images.

    TFS !

It has been very frustrating Haseeb granted we are back and settled in Australia, we are totally blocked out from ALL international travel with no sign of an opening until mid next year at the very earliest.

Have had 2 trips cancelled and likely my March (Gnu calving) Serengeti trip is also gone. Just have to be very patient.

Patience is the key here, but I feel things will improve before feb - march. You can show us some Australian wildlife until then. But ofcourse I also wish to see more of your African images, there must be plenty of them which you must have not posted here.

Love that sky with those colors and clouds. A great frame. Placement of the cheetah is perfect.

Very well captured, Marc! I like the placement of the subject within the frame and the colours, the scene overall. I do realise you miss Africa tremendously... it's in your blood. But just think about the joy you will experience next year when you return

Marc, I find this image very pleasing. The small-in-frame Cheetah backlit into a stunning sunrise.... and the small tree popping up centrally... a real winner!

I can gather you may be a bit of a purist in terms of PP, however one thing that stood out to me was the angled horizontal line going across the ground near the bottom. Perhaps worth evicting that.

Otherwise, it was a pleasure viewing this!

I rarely remove/clone anything Brian unless it greatly affects the overall look of the image, that's just how I roll, trying to keep things natural/untouched.
