Another frame of the American Kestrel. It was a challenging shoot in smoke, haze and fog. The smoke helps soften the BG a bit but I had to get as close as possible to get a tack sharp frame. The AF at 1200mm f/8 with A9 is exceptional and produced no less then 9 keepers all with perfect wing position in just one single pass
