A beauty of a frame Krishna. When you can capture iridescence well the odds of success certainly increase.
I agree with the comp, well framed. Nice and sharp too.
Curious if the brightness near the base of the bill is overexposure? Seems a bit bright but I've not seen this species in person to know if it's just a flat white bill there.

I thinks that brightness at the base of the bill is due to the reflection of water on the bill

This looks great, Krishna. I've long wanted a photograph this beautiful bird, so I'm very jealous of this one. Shooting angle is awesome, and I like the foraging behavior. The look at the red eye is perfect. I really like your crop as well.
