Those stacked tail and wing feathers...
A nice view of this female. Some more sharpening would probably help.
She pops on the white, and she gave you a really nice stare. Wide crop works well here since subject is so well isolated. A bit more sharpening on the head would help, but ISO 6400 is really working against you here, particularly on the tail.
