    An awful last month or 2 for photography between continued closures
    and choking unbreathable air on the west coast for 2 weeks, I went back to early summer
    for this one.
    Birds have to be suffering, I cannot imagine what the migratory birds are doing in this smoke
    which is 50,000 feet high..

    Nice and sharp. Like how the bird is anlged down. Neat background.

    Like this as well. Unusual pose and a great "down under" feel. Kind of wish the front wing were not blurred and more fully extended - but that's likely just me. Very nice.TFS.

    Wing position and pose are a bit awkward but allow for some really amazing eye contact! Some pretty intense stuff. Background works well with color and blur, and I think you've achieved the best possible crop given the pose. Exposure looks spot on.
