Just wonderful EXP, colors and details. Also love the hint of the environment in the BG. TFS

Love the calling pose. Nice diaganol perch. The background is alright. I know it's hard to get these birds with the smooth ones.

Geoffrey, in my opinion one of your best birds in terms of processing. The angle, head look back and call are really nice and you got some nice detail in PP. Great job!

There is a bit of a lack of detail in the yellow in the head where perhaps a little highlight reduction could go a long way. Yellow pops against the lush green bkg.

Im a perfect world we'd get a touch of flora on the branch but overall a pretty frame!

    This is really good Geoffrey!
Love the body position and the HA and the singing pose.
    Love the slightly vertical perch.
    No nits from me!
I have never seen this warbler in real life! Someday....!

Terrific calling pose and head turn from this beauty. You might eke out a little detail on the top of the head, but otherwise just right.

I've only been back to that spot twice this year (if this is where I think it is), and failed to see or hear the Blue-wings either time.

Superb bird and superb singing pose. The dark area above the head was bad luck ...

Painted a Quick Mask of the brightest YELLOW on the crown. In ACR, reduced the YELLOW Luminance and Saturation. Then did a Linear Burn on that selection only. Refined that with a Regular Layer Mask.

ps: all plus tons more as detailed in Digital Basics II.

Thanks everyone. Thanks Artie for your repost. I agree those areas needed a bit more work.
