Not as dramatic as the other frames wing positions, but really love the eyes (all 3) and of coarse the misty mood. TFS

Super shot Will, I like it very much I suspect you wanted to capture the moment as it was - but here's an alternative - you may think "no exactly what I didn't want"!

Whopper indeed Will! Slight clockwise rotation... Love the mist but also like Jon's hand at repost... What action!

I like it John....It makes the bird stand out more....Not as it was, at time of capture, but I think your version is more pleasing to the eye...Looks more contrasty on the bird, but still has that misty feeling in the BG. Thanks for that. I would be happy with something between the two.

Will, the series continues. It's been a great one.

Don't like this as much as the most recent, namely because of the wing position, but still a beauty. Jon's dehaze touches helped IMO.

    Do you have more?

I like both versions very much.
Really like the open fish mouth. Have to disagree with Ann re: CW rotation. Ripples in the water are level.
I am not usually a big fan of the flat pancake position of the wings but I think it looks really good in this image.
Looks like you had a great time at that hide,
