Laughing Gull

I almost missed this bird. I was walking along the beach and turned to my right to see the gull flying low over the surf. Image captured at Ft. Desoto on August 27th this year. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

I really like flight frames like this that show the waves in the background. A nice pose. Is this a juvenile or out of breeding plummage?
