    This captured image is from a few weeks back, taken at local grassland preserve. C&C welcome.


    D500, Sigma 150-600mm C @ 600mm, 1/640s, f/7.1, HH, ISO 2000.

    The blue and green go great together. The bird works well small in the frame. I like the grasses.

    I'm all about this image design! The small in frame is really cool, and the blue bird cracks on the green. Singing pose is perfect. I even like the rogue bit of foliage at right. My only issue is that the bird isn't critically sharp. You might also think about warming the image a touch

    Geoffrey, beautiful composition. As said before, love Indigos and high on my shot list.

    You found a far more creative perch than a stick and in pretty light too. Well done.

    As mentioned, the bird seems to lack critical sharpness. Not sure but another round of sharpening may help.

    Love the composition Geoffrey, soft light, perch, and calling . Just a another round of sharpening and maybe a bit more exposure... Very nice!

    Thanks everyone. I've applied a bit more sharpening, and a tad of warmth in this repost.
