    I really like this John and a very nice departure from previous postings. Framing works, but I wonder if a HA more turned towards the viewer would have been better, rather than away. Tech look 'OK' but to me the image looks noisy and I wonder if the image was under exposed, was it, as overall it looks a bit thin? Colours look a bit off with the greens, a third of a stop down for Exp, some NR, a Curves midtone, and a tweak to the overall WB does definitely enhance the image IMHO.

    John why is it that in Avian & Macro images appear very much better that ones posted here, I'm a little puzzled?

    It's because there are good Moderators in the Macro Forum...only kidding , it could be because macro images often require very little adjustment.
