Default American Kestral - The Eye

This one hangs out at my place of work. The watchman I guess. Anyhow, when I have time and "camp out" and hope he'll choose a known bush again. Last week he obliged. TFL.

A lovely pose on this kestrel. Really neat how it's gripping that perch at the top.

Great pose at the top of that perch. Looks like you handled the harsh light as well as you could. TFS

Bright light as already mentioned, but no blown details that I can see, so I think you've done as well as you could. Is it possible to lighten the eye a little and keep it looking natural?

If this guy can perch lower and against a better BG more regularly this will be a subject to die for.
