    I like the idea, the yellows look a little saturated and the brown head looks rather dense and it is not quite sharp between roughly between 10 o'clock and two o'clock.
    I would suggest a little less contrast and saturation and maybe fill in the shadows a tad more. I know you're loving that Nik filter but I still think it can be a sledgehammer to crack a walnut.

    I am liking these flower images, I too have some Black Eyed Susans so maybe I'll have a go too.

    I like it. That's funny i took a similar frame to this one. The sharpness is right where it needs to be. Detail looks quite nice as well.

    Color and sharpness right on. I think that getting more on top of the flower and shooting straight down at it would have eliminated the d-o-f problems at the top of the center disk ...
