Brian you're making me want to move to CO. The variety of birds you have posted of late is just amazing. Love the title and little guy in the bush. Something about the HA of the bird doesn't sit perfectly with me but everything else looks great. TFS. Really nice!
Just when I thought it couldn't get any better. Just love the clarity, colors (even though I don't see them accurately) and especially the tones (EXP soooo spot on). The friend takes it way over the top IMHO. TFS

Just a sublime canvas...
Cool title, excellent capture. I might just open up the shadows Brian and just pop an adjustment layer to reduce the blue in the beak.

That grasshopper is over the top! Even without it the image would rock, but it's nice to have that bonus element in there. Perch and BG also look perfect. Great job man!
Another fine image Brian. Nice perch with a great background. I really like the bird with the amazing colors. The image easily stands on it's own, but the grasshopper is the bomb.

WW, For me, the head angle is 100% perfect. I love the soft light here -- way, way, way better than sun. and the grasshoppr puts it over the top. By miles! Plus the great look at those wing bars. Your best. Hope to see you in early Nov.

Jay - we're pretty blessed here man. When you want to come out and shoot you just lmk and I'll put you on birds.
David, Steve, Daniel and Robert - very grateful for the comments! Feel fortunate that things lined up.
Artie - really appreciate the kind words. Hope things work out in Nov as well!
Sweet frame. All fell into place. The HA on the bird is good for me; the grasshopper's HA is slightly off, making it 99.99%.
What a capture, Bryan. The the degree of defused light couldn't be any better on both of these beauties. Great detail throughout.

Grasshopper's head angle iss perfect. The position of the far antenna leaves something to be desired :)
