    Default Willow Flycatcher

Captured this image a few days ago in a local grassland preserve in the late afternoon. I counted about five in a bush near this perched one all performing what appeared to be a feeding frenzy. For that matter a number of Kingbirds nearby were doing roughly the same thing. The Flycatchers were taking off straight up approximately 6 feet and dropping right back down. Wasn't until I got home and looked closely to see tiny flying insects in front of open beaks, confirming what it appeared to be. C&C welcome.

Cute bird. If there's room I'd like more space left and top and less on left - but that's a personal thing. Dig the main perch and bird angle TFS.

A 'delicate' capture Geoffrey and I like the setting. Not sure if it's a big crop or the subject needs a bit more sharpening to pull put out a bit more detail?

A beautiful setting, The colors and background are very nice. The positioning of the bird is excellent. I like the perch, but wish it was not crossing over the tail.

Really well framed canvas with great positioning of main subject. Awesome light, BG and tones. I like both the in focus perch/twigs and the slightly OOF leafy vegetation. TFS

I'd vote for a bit more sharpening on the bird too, but I love the image design - very appealing.
