    What a beauty. Love the colors, and the blend of colors in the head. The bow wake adds. I don't find the shading of drip on the end of the bill ideal.

    John, another super Scaup!

    It may be an unwelcome nit but I generally try to clone out the little white water spots with no detail. They take away enough for me personally anyway.

    Hi John,

    Very nice exposure to show the iridescence. I would have preferred a position of the scaup to be more parallel to your sensor: dof, and reducing the prominence of the black tip at the end of the bill. Water and wake bow lovely. A few dust spots to be removed.
