    Very nice Image. I like the colors.
    I would select insect and apply curves to brighten it up against dark backgound (using luminosity masks).

    Good idea Krishna, I tend to keep the luminosity down due to the chitin body but I think in this instance a little more luminosity would be good - it makes the subject pop a little more.

    Nice image. Love the composition and background. The damselfly looks good to me as it is. perhaps the background could be lightened to make the insect pop up. the edges of the damselfly are dark, so it may stand out against a lighter background.

    A nice view of this damselfly. A little dark around the head though. Solid background.
