Love these take off shots. This was is particularly great. Really dig the mirror blur of the wings and their lightness contrasted with the high color, sharpness and saturation of the bird's body/head. It's be a lot to remove but the OOF plant on the right is distracting a bit. And - wouldn't know without seeing, but I MIGHT like a darker BKG or darker plant... not sure... might weaken the pull to the bird - or might give it more of a "setting". My .02. TFS... really sweet!

Krishna, a very pretty composition and wonderful color palette but for me this is not a tack sharp capture on the bird. A bit too much motion blur on the head.
For this one I think at least 1/3200 maybe higher. If you dropped aperture down to f5.6 and SS up three stops I think you would get it.

This is one of those "almost" images.
You would have had a "rockstar" image if it had been tack sharp on the head.Colors and perch are great.
You just did not have enough SS. I don't know if you tries Topaz AI sharpen but it might help with sharpening up the picture.

Love the colors and the image concept. You captured the bird in a nice position. Overall a sweet image but agree the sharpness is not spot on.

Yes Gail, I used Topaz AI on the eye, it helped. But I agree it is still not tack sharp.
This is one for future to try again.

Yes agree if this was tack sharp an excellent frame. Still love that pose. The vertical framing works very nice here.

It is an attractive photo, one of those where it does not need to be tack sharp for me....
