Common Murre with fish.
Head on flight in Oregon coast surf at another minus tide at Haystack Rock yesterday.
Some friends and I head there for the third time this summer to get shots of the Murres
because they fly so fast and are so incredibly hard to get in flight in crap ocean morning light
but it is the only chance you get since they nest in offshore rocks only accessible a few times.
The keeper rate is awful but it is a fun challenge.
I do not know how many cameras could get this shot.

Thanks Mike, It is not what I call tack sharp, would have taken 1/5000 which can happen in perfect conditions
as the minus tides are at sunrise which is why we go and the sun is at your back but clear skies at the coast
are about 1/100 chance. But that is why we go, you never know with bird/wildlife/weather.......
