    I captured this image at Lake Morton in Lakeland, Florida. The swan is the symbol of the City of Lakeland, Florida, Lake Morton has four species of swans swimming on the lake. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Nikon D7000
    Nikon 80-400mm F/4.5-5.6 VRII AF-S ED, camera and lens supported by a monopod
    1/500 F/5.6 Matrix Metering EV +1/3 ISO 320 Auto WB, image captured at 175mm
    Post processed in Lightroom Classic, Photoshop CC 2020 and Neat Image for noise reduction when needed
    Cropped for composition and presentation

    I love the beautiful curve of the neck and puffed up chest. Good details, but I do feel stopping down the the f/8 or so for the tight portrait would have been even better for the parts of the body just slightly out of dof range. Great texture to the neck feathers!

    The "S" the neck makes is great. Detail looks good as well. The red eye and bill are another plus. Solid background as well.

    Joe, I like this image and the details including feathers on the nose.

    Might could use a bit more room on the top and I could suggest a tad more punch on the mid tones as the 'black' swan feels a touch washed out.
