    Sharp and colorful with a nice pose and composition. Love the droplets, on the fence with the wing shadow. Since it doesn't involve the face, it adds some drama. Not sure. Love the spread tail feathers. TFS

    The techs look really good, but you got unlucky with the mid-stroke pose and resultant shadows across the body. It's a bummer since you have a beautiful view of the face.

    I like it very much and the shadow? - Hey birds get shadows , they are normal, I can live with it! I think you could almost argue that to get a bird in flight without a shadow is not the norm - not "wrong" but comparatively unusual. I genuinely don't know why so many people think they are a fault.
