    Default Common blue damselfly (Enallagma cyathigerum)

    Image captured in my back garden, I still feel could be better but getting there. The problem is that there is no way of predicting which way the damsels fly in or out, I watch to see a pattern or at least a perceived pattern only to find they then contradict it when I fire the shutter. I probably shot around 2,000 images to get this one.

    Well you sure are dedicated. I would have gave up after a coupke dozen. Im not a fan of the leaf.

    A great in-flight image! You have a lot of patience to get this one out of 2000! nice colors, great background and adequate sharpness where matters.

    HI Jon,

    The capture is astounding. I love the leaf. The fasst that the face is sharp iss remarkable. Two things bug me (sorry for the pun ...) First is the heliccopter winbg position ... Next are the dark tones at the top of the fraame. Here's to the next 2000 tries.
