    Attached Images Attached Images

found this in my files, small skittish duck, it had solid rust color chest and head...red eyes. cannot figure out what it is. bill looks like shoveler but the rest looks like red head....

image taken with a9 and 600 + 2X. I got only three frames of him before he disappeared ....did not see him again

    thanks

Looks like a Cinnamon Teal to me, really nice frame with solid head angle, pose, and light. I think you could maybe go a little tighter with the crop but it works fine as-is.

Cinnamon Teal, a top side view of them is really nice if you get the chance.

Love them Ari, not super common around here but I see them often where I frequent. Same as the landing reflection shot I posted a couple weeks ago.

This one came out darker than I'd prefer. Especially on the head. Light angle seems good. You didn't post shot techs but I presume they were spot on.

Beautiful BIF shot overall though well done!

Yeah, we gotta up your birding game! Really fun image regardless. He looks so gangly, and the wide eye is great.

Very nice view of this drake. Framing is right on as is the light.
