    Default Oystercatcher in the surf.

I took this at 7 am this morning at Haystack rock on the Oregon coast at
a summer minus tide where you can get out in the surf close to the nesting shorebirds.
The most fun and challenging thing I do.
Unfortunately although everything was lining up perfect this morning with low tide at 7am
and sunshine, there was no wind so the nesting Murres just flew straight out and there
    was ocean haze....
This is tack sharp but a bit of haze on the water. Surfs up behind.

Love the BG...Pretty good detail and flight pose on the bird. The red around the eye and on the bill gives the frame a nice colour boost. Nice crop.

Nice flight frame here. I like the dorsal view and that ocean background.

I like the pose, setting, composition and sharpness. Well done Dan.
