Everything is spot on. Like the re-post better. Interesting insect with a long tail. Quite an effort to get everything in focus.

Hi Jon. I think you will find that this wasp is in the family Gasteruptiidae (rather than Ichneumonidae). Possibly in the Genus Gasteruption. :)
