Perfect whites and perfect sharpness. Too bad the egret is angling away, and the black on the legs is too dark (blocked). Just enough variation in the BG to make it more interesting.

Volkan, just barely missed this and the Heron from being stellar shots. Details here are very nice but yeah, the angle of the bird hurts. Same thing happened to me on the hen Mallard with the wings touching the water.

I like the whites , sharp. both steep angle and the bird having passed you worked against this image. I also find it a bit dark

The image is technically solid, but you really need the bird coming towards you if the subject is to connect with the viewer. The shadow across the back of the bird is a distraction as well. But the detail in the
whites is good, and I think you could brighten them a bit more for effect as Arash mentioned.
