Another Osprey frame from the other day at a new location for me.
I had a bunch of frames with better wings but I liked the HA on the bird and fish in this one.
I am enjoying the 500pf with the extender more and more, getting the hang of getting focus.
F8 flight shots if you get focus are very nice I think.

Hi Dan, looks good to me. I like that we can see the head of the catfish. Thank you for sharing.

The head angle is strong here, and the look on the fish is great is well. He know's he's screwed. Water droplets are fun as well. Yeah, the wings aren't perfect, but that's a trade you made knowingly.

This bird's eye doesn't seem as yellow as usual. If it was brighter it would help pull us in a bit more. Nothing you could have done on that though. You're just stoked to have such great light!

Nice view of that catfish. The pose on the bird is nice as well. Sharpness is there as well.

How cool, I love the "uh-oh" look on the fish lol. Having the wing raised higher would be better IMO, but it sounds like you got some of those as well. A fun frame!

Thanks Arash, this was 1st frame of 14 sharp ones but cut off wings in 2 or 3.
Here is another one. 4 or 5 in sequence.
This is very quick PP, just to post these, no NR, no nothing.

Here is my favorite but no fish showing.
14 sharp frames with 500 pf and 1.4.
I would not go to Sony unless I had $18,000....
Again this is nothing PP, just cropped for posting, This one needs some head sharpening.
