    The fish is nice. Also like the setting. Really want the bird to be facing you.

    This is a nice environmental image.
    The image needs some clockwise rotation.
    The fish in the mouth is a good plus.
    But the problem with this image is that the heron is flying away from you,

    Volkan:

    Good advice from John and Gail. I like the balance of masses in the image the heron vs. the large tree in the bg. Nice color palette. But do agree about the birds angle in the frame.

    Yes to needs some CW rotation. Bad luck that the bird was flying away. Or wrong wind direction ... Sharp with a good exposure. It could also use a crop from the bottom.

    I echo the other comments. The low angle really helps to create a pleasing image. Hopefully you can get a similar image with him coming towards you.
